Paul Chaffee, BSHA, CRCST, CHL has spent 15 years as a sterile processing professional. Throughout his life, he has also demonstrated his leadership abilities as a boxing and grappling coach. By combining these two skill sets, Paul has been able to provide a creative, in-depth learning experience for central sterile processing technology students.

This allowed her to give back to her community like she had always dreamed. Her work experience consisted of caring for patients in a variety of settings.
Since January 2021, Mike has been proud to be part of the Stautzenberger family. With over 20 years of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration experience, he enjoys guiding students on their new career path.
For medical assistants, no day is truly “ordinary.” Each patient needs unique care, and every day presents its own challenges. However, seeing patients recover helps compassionate medical assistants like Markie persevere through difficult days.

Mari Ann spent many years as a hospice nurse, maintaining national certifications in hospice and palliative care as well as hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Additionally, she held the title of Safety Director for Mercy Health.
