Are you ready to turn your diploma into an associate degree? We have good news! We are excited to announce our new human resource administration associate degree program. You could complete this online program in as little as nine months. You do not have to choose between starting work or furthering your education. This flexible program allows students to earn their degree while working full- or part-time.

Our associate degree program rounds out your education with general education courses in math, psychology, history, English, and science. It also builds on the diploma foundation and covers many advanced HR topics, including:

1. Managing Cultural Diversity – Complete cases and research assignments on navigating and effectively managing a multicultural and international work environment.
2. Policy and Procedure – Learn to write an effective and legal policy and procedure manual.
3. Compensation and Benefits Management – Master the three fundamental aspects of benefits programs: protection, paid time off, and accommodation and enhancement.
4. Administration of Human Resource – Familiarize yourself with the issues, policies, and practices related to managing people in working organizations.
5. Employment Law – Study labor law topics such as: sexual harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
6. Union and Employee Relations – Focus on employee relations and communications, employee rights and discipline, OSHA, and workplace safety and health.
