Transcripts/Diplomas

Parchment Inc. manages the ordering, processing, and secure delivery for all AHED Schools student and alumni official transcript requests. The College will provide an official transcript of the student’s academic record upon request by the student or alumni.  The College archives academic transcripts indefinitely. OFFICIAL Paper Transcript (Standard USPS) 5-7 business days $10.00
OFFICIAL Paper Transcript (USPS – International) 6-10 business days $12.00

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • USPS – International: Actual number of days may vary based upon origin, destination and customs delays.
  • If you order a transcript before the degree posting process has been completed, your degree will not appear on your transcript.
  • Records prior to 2000 are considered archived and have a processing time of 10-12 business days.

The campus does not provide unofficial transcripts. Unofficial Transcripts are free of charge and available via the respective Stautzenberger College Campus Portal.  Navigate to My Degree Audit and tap the “Unofficial Transcript” icon:

DIPLOMAS - REPLACEMENT OR DUPLICATES

Parchment Inc. manages the ordering, processing, and secure delivery for all requests of replacement or duplicate diplomas. To begin a replacement or duplicate diploma order, visit the Stautzenberger Colleges Document Storefront. Replacement or duplicate diplomas are charged $27.50, $7.50 for certified mailing.
