Brecksville Campus - Practical Nurse Instructor Sheila Butler

Parent. Employee. Spouse. Caretaker. You fulfill several different roles on a daily basis, and our instructors do, too. This is especially true for Sheila, one of our practical nursing instructors at Stautzenberger College's Brecksville Campus.

Sheila, MSN, BSN, RN has been a nurse for forty years. During her tenure, she has held many different positions including: Assistant Dean of Nursing, Director of Nursing, Clinical Coordinator, OB Coordinator, and Instructor. She has also participated in Utilization Review, Case Management, Home Health, Staff Development, and even entrepreneurship. Although learning so many different aspects of nursing kept her busy, it helped her progress in her career and develop on a personal level. She can now draw on her wide range of experiences for her classroom lectures and pass along valuable information to the next group of practical nurses.
