What is Healthcare Administration AAS?
An Associates of Applied Science (AAS) in Healthcare Administration is designed to help students prepare for entry into administrative positions within the health or medical field. This program is designed for individuals who have already completed some coursework in a Healthcare concentration or are graduates of related programs. In AAS programs, students will not only learn basic office, technical and professional skills but also attend lectures devoted to healthcare-specific topics such as healthcare management, healthcare best practices and medical ethics.
