MEDIA RELEASE FORM

Graduate Testimonial & Likeness Authorization

I. Authorization & Consent

I hereby grant American Higher Education Development Corp. (AHED) and its affiliated entities, including but not limited to Stautzenberger College, Rockford Career College, and Cannavision Institute (collectively, "AHED Schools"), the unrestricted right and permission to use all of the following (check all that apply):

My testimonial (written, video, or audio) about my experience as a student and/or graduate of AHED Schools.

My name, graduation year, and program of study for promotional and marketing purposes.

Photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of me taken for testimonial or marketing purposes.

My employer’s name and job title (if applicable) to showcase career success and alumni achievements.

I understand that my testimonial, likeness, and other provided materials may be used in print, digital, social media, websites, television, radio, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional formats as determined by AHED Schools.

II. No Compensation & Rights Release

I acknowledge that:

I am providing this testimonial voluntarily and without expectation of compensation.
AHED Schools may edit, modify, and distribute my testimonial and likeness as needed.
AHED Schools are not obligated to use my testimonial but may do so at their discretion.

I waive any right to inspect, approve, or request modifications to the final materials in which my testimonial, likeness, or name appears.

III. Release of Liability

I release American Higher Education Development Corp. (AHED), its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of my testimonial, likeness, name, or employer information.
