We Proudly Present Surgical Technician Graduate Alison Watts

Alison, mother of three, has worked hard for this honor.  When she was a teenager, she had five knee surgeries.  The people who helped her were amazing, and she knew she wanted to do the same for other people.  She worked hard on her degree while raising her children - how fun it must have been to all be in school at the same time!  She showed great fortitude, and we are so proud of our Dean’s List graduate!

We Proudly Present Practical Nursing Graduate Antoinette Goode

We could not be more proud of Dean’s List Practical Nursing Graduate Antoinette Goode.  She was inspired as a teenager to go into the nursing field because of how fulfilled she felt taking care of her grandparents.  She wanted to continue to give excellent care to others.  She worked hard at her classes, and we wish her the best in her nursing future!

We Proudly Present Veterinary Technician Graduate Jocelyn Schlachter

Graduate Jocelyn Schlachter is not one to back down from a challenge - and she definitely succeeded here at Stautzenberger!  Jocelyn knew she wanted to go into our Veterinary Technician program because she had always been around animals and loved them.  Her grandma encouraged her to enter the field, and she wasted no time - coming to Stautzenberger directly after high school.  We are proud of the hard work she completed while she was here!

We Proudly Present Patient Care Technician Graduate Lorenzo Olivarez

Lorenzo admits that school was never his “strong suit”.  However, he is an excellent example of how, when you do something you love, it is easier to stay focused.  He did it, and he graduated with honors.  Lorenzo always wanted to help people, so his interest in Patient Care was a genuine one.  He also credits his amazing teacher, Mari Ann Szczublewski with much of his success - claiming she was “the best one he ever had”.

We Proudly Present Addiction Counseling Technician Graduate Abena McClellan-Rowland

With amazing fortitude, Abena has risen above tragedy to graduate from our program.  She has been motivated to keep going after her son’s tragic murder last year.  She has started a non-profit in his honor and chosen a career to help people.  She was also inspired by her late husband’s passing to take these courses.
