She was inspired as a teenager to go into the nursing field because of how fulfilled she felt taking care of her grandparents. She wanted to continue to give excellent care to others. She worked hard at her classes, and we wish her the best in her nursing future!

“Do yourself a favor - change your life.” This inspiring quote pushed Diana to do just that and go back to school to get her certificate in Practical Nursing. Ms. Langford admits that dedication has been a challenge in the past, but with the excellent instructors who helped her through the program, she finally succeeded. She worked through her COVID diagnosis and came out on top. We couldn’t be prouder of her hard work.

We Proudly Present Practical Nursing Graduate Alexis Andres

We are so proud of our graduate Alexis Andres, who overcame the challenge of learning to deal with her Lupus while attending college. And she did it in excellent fashion - making our Dean’s list in the process! She credits her medical diagnosis with part of her inspiration. However, the other part belongs to her bonus mom, Shelly, who really encouraged her to work hard and pursue her dreams.
