We Proudly Present Dental Assistant Graduate Richetta Allen
On January 12, 2022

Richetta Allen, devoted mother and grandmother, credits her children and grandchildren as the reason she attended and graduated from Stautzenberger.  She wanted a better future for them, and she felt she got that by attending our Maumee campus.  She is grateful for her instructor, Julie L., a “very encouraging example” of what a professor should be.

What you Learn in Dental Assistant Classes

Like Richetta, you can learn a “variety of skills” in your many dental classes.  She has taken such classes as Infection Control Methods, Dental Care Delivery and Techniques, and Dental Specialties.  In these classes, you learn:

  • How to remain safe in the oral health field and use personal protective equipment correctly
  • Learning how to perform 4-hand and 6-hand dentistry
  • Specialized knowledge about Orthodontia and Oral Surgery

How Our Graduate Became a Dental Assistant

Like Richetta, if you like “quick-paced classes” that “challenge” you, Dental Assisting might be a good fit for you. You can help someone take care of their health while earning a good living.  Our graduates are ready for an entry-level position in a dental office.
