National Receptionist Day at Brecksville

In 1991, the National Receptionists’ Association created a day to give recognition to the dedicated men and women who do so much for our organizations. Receptionists are responsible for providing an excellent first impression to all customers, in person, and on the telephone. Today our Brecksville Campus is honored to recognize Karen McKown.

Since March 2017, Karen has played a vital role at our campus. Her positive attitude, smile, and superior customer service skills play an essential role in our daily operations. On Karen’s time off, she enjoys camping and spending time with her two Yorkie pups, Pixie and Dixie. On behalf of the students and staff at Brecksville, we would like to thank her for all she does!
