Andy O'Neal, Dean of Stautzenberger College's Brecksville Campus, has been in post-secondary education administration for over 23 years. Various positions he has held include: Department Chair, Associate Dean, Academic Dean, and Vice Provost. He enjoys coaching faculty to prepare students for the workforce as well as helping graduates find employment. Additionally, he has been teaching college-level courses for 8 years.

Andy earned his Master of Business Administration degree from University of Northwestern Ohio in 2011. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in vocational education from University of Toledo. Andy has developed curricula for diploma, associate degree, and baccalaureate degree programs. Two technical programs he wrote gained accreditation approval and are highly profitable even today.

Seeing students succeed has been Andy's lifelong passion. When he watches his students walk across the stage at graduation, he is happy to have played a part in their futures. “It is also important for me to see students begin their careers because I know that they will become gainfully employed in their field of study, strong leaders, and an important part of their community,” Andy says.

Andy's goal is to see all students succeed in their course work. He is always ready to assist students with their professional ambitions. “Education changes lives,” Andy reminds his students. “Let's work together as you work towards your goal of graduation.”
