What sets Stautzenberger College's practical nursing program apart from the rest? First and foremost, our instructors have decades of proven experience and are committed to your success. Mrs. Davida Smith, associate director of the practical nursing program, is just one of our many faculty members who wants to see you excel academically and professionally.

Mrs. Smith, MSN, RN has devoted her life to nursing. She has twenty-nine years of nursing experience, including seventeen years in nursing education and administration. Her nursing experience in the acute care setting encompasses medical/surgical, critical care, coronary care, home care, and nursing education. She has coordinated nursing programs, clinicals, and labs/simulations as well as provided didactic and clinical instruction for multiple university-level courses. Mrs. Smith's philosophy for nursing education centers around educating nursing students to be safe practitioners.

In addition to exceptional faculty members such as Mrs. Smith, there are many reasons to choose Stautzenberger College for your nursing education. Starting this month, we could now accept up to twenty transfer credits from another school. We offer a concept-based curriculum that combines with diverse clinicals to help you process a broad amount of knowledge and experience more easily. Our small size allows you to receive more personalized attention when preparing for the NCLEX-PN exam.
