The fee to obtain
Stautzenberger College transcripts is $5. The Family Education
Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA), a federal law, requires that
we have a written release from the student. Requests for transcipts
can be made in person at Stautzenberger College or by completing
the Transcript Release Form, available for download below. Mail
completed form with check or money order to Stautzenberger College/Registrar,
1796 Indian Wood Circle, Maumee, OH 43537. Please allow five business
days for processing of official transcripts.
Transcripts may be withheld
if all obligations to the college, financial or otherwise, are
not fulfilled.

*Please be specific on where exactly you attended
classes since Stautzenberger has had different main and branch
locations. It is also important to indicate the name you used
when attending and the exact dates attended.
- If you attended the Secor
Rd. or Woodville Rd. or Special
Careers locations (1986 – 1990), you will need

- Students that attended the
