Sue Hahn Locked-Up for MDA Benefit!
Stautzenberger College Allied Health Program Director Sue Hahn was locked up in Sylvania’s Camp Miakonda on Thursday as part of the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s (MDA) Lock-Up program. Lucas County Sherriff’s Department had officers stationed there as the volunteer “jailbirds” tried to collect bail money for their release. Ms. Hahn raised over $550 in donations was released on good behavior.
Money from this event benefits the MDA. They have a MDA Summer Camp for children between the ages of 6 and 17 at Camp Miakonda as well as provide clients with monetary assistance for items such as wheelchairs.
