This program is designed for students with a computer background who wish to enter the Networking field as an administrator. The student will learn hardware and software troubleshooting. The student will be proficient in desktop administration as well as in a Microsoft Network environment. The elective course allows the student an opportunity to explore other network environments, such as Linux or Novell.

This program is designed for a person with a computer background who wish to enter the Networking field as an administrator. Proficiency can be shown through transfer credits or testing equivalent to CDP 120.

This program will prepare a student to enter the computer support field as a network administrator, desktop support technician or computer technician.
